Return and Exchange Policy

We DO NOT exchange nor accept returns for shipped merchandise.

Customer must contact us within 2 business days by phone or email after receiving merchandise if damage is present. At that point we will notify our courier of damage so that they may set up an inspection and use Damage calltag to pickup.  You will be issued an RMA and you must write the RMA on the outside of your return package.  Shipments without an RMA will be refused.  Merchandise that is approved for exchange must be received 8 business days after receipt of RMA.

Canceled Orders:
Canceled orders will incur a 4% fee, unless the merchandise has already shipped in which case we will not cancel the order.

Large Volume Purchases:
If you are outfitting a store or purchasing a large volume of displays we suggest that you purchase single unit samples first before committing to your final volume purchase. 

Defective Merchandise or Damage in Transit:

All Mannequins will be inspected and repacked for safe transportation!
Customer must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise if an item is defective or arrives damaged.  Customer must email us with digital photographs within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise or else we cannot process a claim.  We will initiate a damage calltag pickup and inspection with our courier.  If you are issued an RMA number you must write the RMA on the outside of your return package.  Shipments returned without an RMA will be refused.  Merchandise that is defective or damaged must be received by us 8 business days after notification of damage.

We do not give refunds for damaged or defective merchandise.

Replacement merchandise will be shipped immediately once our courier pickup damaged item.No replacement will be shipped if courier could not pickup the damage item!

Customer must retain the original boxes with shipping labels and packing material.  If you throw away these boxes with their labels and if you throw away packing materials, we cannot process a damage claim and you will not be entitled to a replacement.  This is our shipping couriers' insurance policy and is non-negotiable.
